How to upload the prescription?
If you are a registered user with us you can directly login into your account and upload the prescription. In you are a new user then first you need to register with us then you can upload the prescription. You can also email us a scanned copy of your prescription to firstname.lastname@example.org or Whatsapp on "+91 9937917666 / 9937914222". Please note that the prescription upload by you should from a qualified medical practitioner and is uploaded as it is received from him.
Order by email
1) Make a list of all the medicines you'd like to order. OR simply scan the prescription and send it along with the e-mail. You can also upload a legible photograph if you are unable to scan it. We will not process your order without a prescription.
2) E-mail the list to us at email@example.com. Please ensure that you provide your full mailing address including the pin code.
3) We'll get back to you via mail on medicines we service to the given address. Once we confirm the same, the order will be processed.
Time frame taken to deliver the medicine?
We service our orders 6 days a week. You shall receive your order within 1-4 working days. In case of any delay you will be intimated by our team. You will receive a confirmation email /SMS once the order is dispatched with a tentative delivery date.
How can I know if you deliver in my locality
We deliver medicines only in Odisha. You can check the Delivery Areas currently covered by us by putting the Pin Code of your locality here-delivery-area
Delivery is FREE for Orders ABOVE INR 500. Our Delivery charges are 100 Rupees for oders below 100 and 60 Rupees for orders between 100 and 500 Rupees
Service days and time

What if I am not at home when the products are delivered?
In case you are not at home, please nominate a neighbor or someone close by who can receive the order. Ensure that they have the payable amount.

We try our best to address all our orders. However, in case we cannot, we will inform you soonest possible or suggest alternatives.
Payment options available
We are currently taking payments CoD (Cash on Delivery). Cash could be handed over at the time our service partner hands over the order to you.

If you order a medicine that can only be prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, then you need to have that prescription ready at the time of placing of order. How will I know the availability of the medicine?
Please note that price & stock of medicines change in real time. We will intimate you in case of our inability to meet the order request soonest possible.
Why cant I confirm order as soon as I upload the prescription?
Pharmacists verify the prescription and digitise the same before you can confirm the order.
Can I buy generic substitutes?
Yes, you can buy generic substitutes provided the doctor writes the generic name instead of brand name in the prescription

Why does the medicine prices change?
Medicine prices vary by geographical location, batch no and often change on a day to day basis due to regulations and distributors. The process listed on our site act as guidance and help you understand if you are paying the right price for your medicines
What should I do if I receive defective goods?
We strictly ensure all quality checks before dispatch of goods but in any case you happen to receive defective goods, request to immediately mail us on firstname.lastname@example.org with your Name, Mobile No, Email address and Order No.
